Is that 180mm on the front then? How’s it handle, ok with the slacker angles?

No granny? I take ‘do anything’ does not mean go up steep stuff..

Looks more like a freeride lite, or an Alpsy playbike.

SamB – no, its the 160 version. Think the 180’s would destroy the handling and make it impossible to get uphill

Reggiegasket – its fine for pedalling uphill without the granny. Did W2 (45km) on it in 3.5 hours so its pretty quick when pushed.

    Droppy seatpost?
Out of interest, why didn’t you get the 1.5 forks?

Agree that both a dropper seatpost & ti spring would be the next things

Love the way you suggets it is done. We all know these things are never ‘done’ 😉

    Nice bike BTW

What rear tyre are you running?

It is a fab looking bike overall; I’m sure you’ll be having a lot of fun! I think the 1×9 or 1×10 is definitely the way forward but what size front ring is that, only it looks quite a bit bigger than the 32t I run!

Geetee – its a Kenda small block 8 on the rear and 36t ring on the front.
