    You can but any generic silicon lube will work just as well (I assume you want to lube your fork seals for a plusher action). I use the Halfords own brand silicon spray (it comes in a yellow can). Fraction of the price of the muc off stuff and the same product

    I stopped using silicone sprays on my stanchions. I now have a syringe with some of the oil bath fluid (15wt for my fork) and use a few drops to lube my wiper seals doing the usual clean – lube – pump – wipe – lube – pump…. method.

    well just asking cos ive seen forks ruined b4 now as to what people actualy spray their forks with so just wana get it right…

    Loco…hmmm just looked at that website ..no silicon spray there…just cleaning products for motorhomes,caravans boats..
