I’m after a winter jacket, i’m not after anything really warm as i will layer up underneath if required. I’ve no experience with a soft shell, in fact I have very little experience with any technical clothing. I’ve always worn snowboard jackets until i got into mountain biking, and up to now i’ve just carried a £30 Berghaus jacket that i’ve had since i was 15 around with me incase of the odd summer shower.

Does anyone have any experience of the Dyno? This chap seemed to love his…

    Any other suggestions?

Checked them out at Cotswold Rock Bottom last year – seemed very well made but just didn’t fit me right..

They’re £50 in some sizes from Field & Trek right now… for that price I’m tempted to see if they fit me any better now lol!

Just found this thread, amazing what you can find when you use the search function properly…

Not sure it’s exactly what i’m looking for, i’d like something i can wear whatever the weather.

£50 is very tempting though, the cheapest i’d found it for was £75!

I have a dyno, no chance to ride in it yet but it coped with horizontal rain when out walking, only leaking at the hood seam which ofc wouldn’t be an issue on the bike 🙂

Is the cut cycle specific? The back doesn’t look very low

Not cycle specific, but I think sleeves and back are long enough. I suppose it will depend on how well it fits you generally 😀
