    Morning all,

    Anyone know who Monster's confidential setting for CV's works when you've uploaded your own copy rather than built it through the website?

    It says:

    Employers can view your active CV but contact information and your current employer will not visible.

    I'm wondering if it actually does this when you've uploaded a Word CV?
