anyone out htere have their hands on a Mongoose?? The stats on the website seem really weird compared to bikes of other brands but same frame size, and i dont live near a dealer, but thinking mail ordering. If anyone could let me know the real (as opposed to quoted) standover height for a mongoose, frame size and model i will be eternally grateful, please

that would be ace – what model n frame size? mongoose seem to measure differently so i wanna calibrate against their claimed sizes

Right. My large 2007 tyax elite is 77cm at the seat-tube to 89cm at the head-tube. Mongoose say 78cm so it's about right.
