Well, it's either drugs or barefoot running. Can't see how he could possibly manage such an improvement.

Astonishing... Always thought Mo had loads of talent , but the way he ran that race was fantastic. The big fear is he had some sort of 'assistance' in the same way Mark Lewis Francis did but as he is of East African descendency I'm sure he is just achieving his potential.......
