    Could someone please help me with outlook. When you send an email to someone outlook remembers who it is,example;

    joblogs@hotmail.com

    If I want to send and email to some one else all the j's I've sent previous emails to come up in a list. How do I get rid of all the J's in this list (or the J's I no longer require)

    Thanks in advance

    IIRC just press "delete" when the name appears, as you type in J***
    Just tested it on mine & it seems to work.

    I dont think you can stop this behaviour, well you can stop it doing at all but AFAIK you cant choose who appears in this list or not:

    You can use an app to tune the nickname file if you want:

    # Create a new email message in Outlook.
    # Start typing the name or address you want to remove.
    # Use the down arrow key to highlight the desired (undesired) entry.
    # Press Del
