    Are there any here?
    Probably going to open up a business account with them in the next week and just wandering if there are any first hand reviews of them.
    On face value they seem pretty good for what I want, longer opening hours during the week and at weekends.

    Do they have a decent banking app? I can’t seem to find out much about it since 2015 ish when reviews say it was a bit too traditional online.

    We have a business account and they are superb.
    You get your cards and cheque books while you wait.
    We had one issue with someone we paid. Called up the branch and actually spoke to someone who dealt with the problem ( Santander had screwed up. ) within minutes.
    Absolutely first class tip top service.
    The app seems fine to me.
