say you were doing indoor hockey (short explosive sprints and stops) and on a very hard stop there was a distinct 'ping' feeling from your weight bearing foot (roughly middleish at front) and it felt 'different' afterwards - any ideas. I wouldn't call it sore I just 'notice' when I use it now as oppossed to not noticing before (*possibly as I know I injured it).
(I'm awaiting till next Thursay to get a non emergency appointment)
