After very little use, the aforementioned item on me Mavic Switchback shoes snapped, the little buckle is also lost. I have scoured the internet but cannot find a contact for Mavic to get some replacements. I also contacted the online shop who supplied them, all to no avail…..Has anyone had a similar problem??

I should add, that the laces are not of a normal construction, and that regular shoe laces just stretch and then give up.

Try some Salomon shoe people? Pretty sure they use the same lacing system.
