Wow..I know a guy who had the opposite..he had numb nuts for a month.

He cycled from manchester to kendal with to much weight in his backpack.

priapsim, is a serious medical emergency, it can lead to gangrene , and ultimately amputation as a chap i know found out one night,he also had to spend quite a few days in hospital to recover.

Google it and see, it can affect anyone if the return valve fails or sticks shut, eg no deflation. 😳

Do they give it to you to take home in a jar.
Would be a real conversation starter at dinner parties.

I think I read somewhere that before modern techniques of rebuilding some sort of replacement, that if a man lost or badly mutilated his Hampton that gender reassignment was offered.

    Imagine that conversation.

Well I have good news and bad news,
The bad news is we could not save your penis.
The good news is we will be giving you tits.

“Five-weeks later the man presented to the urology department”

Probably running round like a dog with two cocks for those five weeks…

one month (after treatment) the patient reported satisfactory erection and intercourse. A happy ending for all involved.

With a 7 week lob-on, I’d have thought he’d have had time for a number of ‘happy endings’

He realised he could not put off seeking medical attention any longer, when he walked into the bank with his hands in his pockets and all the cashiers put their hands up.

A penile angiograph was then taken and the number of catheters and a four platinum coils were inserted to cure the condition.

“How was it for you, darling?”
    “Ahh, you know. Satisfactory.”

His presenting in week seven was a direct result of his Wife presenting in week six with a pelvic strain injury, lockjaw & exhaustion.

Lovely bike, but I think there’s a special term for people who react in that in that way to inanimate objects. 😯

.A former colleague of mine drunkenly confessed to priapism on his honeymoon (circa 1970). Had to have an injection to sort it. We all stopped laughing at that point.

Surely they could have taken away the pain but left the swelling 😯
