From an extremely low level, can any of you do any of it? A lifetime of training means I can do a few "tricks" – straight legged hang pushed around and through to a handstand, free standing hand stand press up (not many), walk a long way on my hands, a flag and a few other tricks. No use to anyone but an occasional fun trick to do. Used to breakdance too. Oh dear…
