  • Mac users help! – Sending personalised bulk mail

I need to send a personalised email to buyers at various companies, 50 in all and want to make sure the email is has their name in it and is directly addressed to them and and not just BCC. Anyone know if you can do this in Mac mail or any other software. I know I could use mail chimp or the like but that isn’t really good for personalised email.

Trying SerialMailer but isn’t really working well

I know you can use outlook but wanted something a bit simpler.

    It’s really not that difficult.

Automator may be able to pull this off, in fact there maybe a pre rolled script already out there.

This may fall in the ‘do it manually because it’ll be too much faff otherwise’ camp

    We use this for newsletters:

Just remember, these are people who you aim to be personable with and if your Automator workflow F’s up for any reason you could be sending 50 of your hard won contacts a message with [NAME#1], [COMPANY_NAME] in place of sincerity!
