can I pick your brains a bit about “that” diet eating plan please?
Just starting it up, I know it works, but I’ve got a bit of a question about the “day off”. I want to do my day off period over the course of two half days, from lunchtime Friday to lunchtime Saturday.
That way I can set myself up for Friday evening with a decent fish and chip lunch, have a few beers after work, a supper that doesn’t matter, and a good (unrestricted) breakfast with toast to start the weekend.
The idea would then to get back on the plan “being good” from Saturday lunchtime, so it’s a 24hour “day off” but not the traditional morning to morning.
Have you tried anything like this, and do you reckon it would work?
