Heading down to N Wales next Saturday afternoon, thought about stopping at Llandegla for a blast on the way. The only thing putting me off is that I probably won’t be there before 3pm, and the place seems to shut with a locked gate at 6pm, which seems a bit tight. Don’t want to piss off locals/local businesses by parking badly just outside the centre.

How long for an average lap of Red/black – would it be better to park at the end of the Offa’s Dyke BW and ride in from there?

You’ll be fine, 1hr 15 mins riding time at a good pace. Leisurely pace still under 2hrs. If you’re struggling for time cut out the b line and you’ll save 15 mins

Just park at the bottom of the lane.No restrictions at all then. 😉

Cheers. Sounds good. Didn’t want to end up kipping in the car there overnight.
