    Hi,

    Just went to the bike shop in Frome (Somerset) Live2ride on Saturday and saw a note about a regular Tuesday evening ride, 7pm. Does anybody knows how gentle the pace is or not? Are they doing one tonight? I know I can call the shop, but a bit of ground work before won’t kill.

    Hi Gilles – no idea, but might check it out next week, should get to grips with the Frome riding (seeing as I now live there!)
