    Thinking of getting the wife a laptop for Christmas, have a budget of about £300/£350

    So which ones would you recommend.

    Definitely, the number 1 wife, if not, she’ll get really jealous. Get the other ones netbooks or something

    The Acer Aspire is pretty good value – what does she need from the unit? Processor speed? Large HD? Lots of RAM? Webcam?
