Any landlords got any recommendations? I’m talking about the bricks and mortar stuff but I’d also be interested in other options available.

The house is currently insured under our own full home insurance but I’ll be cancelling that today. That insurance company wanted to know what the tenants did for a living, is that normal because I’ve got no idea? Plus they wanted £276 p.a. which sounds a bit steep. That’s more than the original home owners insurance!
