    Question – are the prices for expensive items in high street jewelers set in stone, or are they fair game for a bit of sucking air through teeth and suggesting 10% off….?

    I'd assume they'd be a bit flexible – i'm guessing the sales assistants have targets and the mark up on jewelry must be fairly large…
