My physio showed me a couple of uses for the tape this morning & I’m going to try it out on one leg this week & see how I get on. I’m mainly looking to use it to help with fatigue over really long & fast 12+ hrs & multi day riding, but also to try & stimulate some lazy muscle firing on the inside of the knees.
Anyone have any experience of using kinesiology tape, either successfully or otherwise?
