    Hey

Anyone aware of a good/mid price trailer for 1 kids that can go off road – i.e non tarmac paths – and will work with a 142mm maxle?

Unless you find one that clamps to a stay or seatpost, you might need one of these.

    I have a Croozer.
Came with 2 hitches so drilled one out to 12mm and use it on a 12mm bolt through. Just need to remember to lock out the bike or I get a comfy ride while he is bounced about!
Works really well and he loves it.

Just used my RobertAxle for the first time at the weekend, very happy with it. Finally nice to take the MTB out for trailer spins rather than be tied to the road or CX bike.

I couldnt drill out one of my croozer hitches to mount as I’m using a Syntace 142x12mm axle, the head of which is recessed in the frame. Not sure if other axle formats differ

    Croozer for one trailer BTW

    Legends! Thanks for that,

An axle with a Thule for me I think. *off to the Thule site*

Thule do Syntace and E-thru 142 x 12 adaptors for their hitches.

Ah that’s handy. I will check out Madison as well just in case they have them.

    Thanks for all your help.
