is there a footpath along kent viaduct from arnside to the other side of the estuary?

No. You can't do a "cheeky" along it either. That would be a really bad idea. Oh, and don't think you can ride across the sands. That's an even worse idea. Best way to get across is to jump on the train from Arnside to Grange Over Sands or jump in a car.
Where are you thinking of riding ?

train it will be then.doing a gentleman's week pootle in september, staying at slaidburn and arnside so far.
