Pretty certain there isn’t.

No. You can’t do a “cheeky” along it either. That would be a really bad idea. Oh, and don’t think you can ride across the sands. That’s an even worse idea. Best way to get across is to jump on the train from Arnside to Grange Over Sands or jump in a car.
