    I’m 51 and regaining fitness after knee surgery a few months ago. I went to Afan on Thursday rode Penhydd and Blue Scar, Friday we rode Blade, The Rock scared the life out of me but getting to the bottom in one piece made me feel twenty years younger 🙂
