It is a silver Philips thing, and so far I’ve drunk:

    2 x lemons
    1 x lime
    2 x apples
    1 x orange
    1 bunch mint
    1 bunch parsley
    1 bunch kale

It was dee-lish but perhaps a bit too much going on. I think i need to think simpler.

Anyone got any tips or recipe ideas for me? I have a budget of £20 per week for produce and am walking distance from my fruit & veg market.

    Cheers!

Good bulking products are yoghart, bananas, milk, or ice cream. I like using prunes or peaches mostly.
