    spent a lot of time in hospital, got to be grateful for the skills and commitment of the majority of staff ( sadly as in all walks of life some shockers working there and just picking up a pay cheque)

    i ve never been comfortable with the argument that they re doing it for the public similar to the teachers strikes and yet money was the solution there. big basic pay rise knock backs on premium rates are pretty much 100% better than what many of us have had /could dream of

    withdrawel of all labour even emergancy cover for two days though is a giant leap too far sorry folks you ve lost my support

    you should be arguing for normalised working conditions 8/10 hour days but your trades union is party to an agreement limiting the numbers that can be trained its a dogs dinner.. sit down ands sort it out
