Anybody tell me the difference, if there is any?

Lots more power! I've had both and the MAXX is at least twice as good. 🙂

So this statement on wiggle is incorrect?

"The Exposure Joystick boasts the same impressive spec as the Joystick MaXx, but is supplied with a Lanyard and helmet mount instead of handlebar bracket."

So you already knew the difference? 😐

I thought you were comparing the original Joystick with the newer MAXX.

Just a bit confused because it's not labelled up as a Maxx and wanted to make sure 8)

Do you know if that's about as cheap as I'm going to get one? Loads of places seem out of stock.

They have stopped adding the Maxx2 name for 2010, so as long as the joystick your buying is not from a few years ago (ie. not the new shape) then your ok.

Does anyone know if there is a difference in brightness and battery between the Maxx and Maxx2? As far as I can tell it's just the smart port on the Maxx2.

the old joystick was pathetic. a £20 led torch is better.
