I see that the “health tourism” myth rears its ugly head in the article. And of course that if it isn’t “tackled” then we won’t be able to afford “decent care for all”.

How about ….. “if we don’t carry on poaching healthcare workers from poor third world countries who can ill-afford to lose them, we won’t be able to afford decent care for all”?
