Looking for a new set of pads (Knee & elbow)…these rather took my fancy and seem to get good reviews online. Can anybody offer any fist person experience of them?

I got some Flow knee pads for a recent jaunt. Happy with their all day comfort. Didn’t have the misfortune to crash test them though.

I have both knee and elbow pads.
I like them. Tend to wear the knee ones for most rides. They stay in place and are comfortable.

I have tested them. They work well.

Whats the sizing like?

I was a large in the various pads I tried inc the IXS.

I’ve sent an XL pair back as they were too tight round the thigh and calf. Pity, as they seemed a very well made bit of kit.

Also looking at Troy Lee KG/EG any views on these?

About 22 inches round just above the knee, 18 underneath. I’ve got some Sweet Protection one’s one the way to try next.

Anybody recommend anything similar to the above?
