I have cut right down on the ale, give up the cigs and the diet has been good. Felt a whole lot fitter for it.
I went to a wedding last night and woke up on the living room floor this morning. Very drunk.

Apart from the copious amount of ale and buffet food I also caned:

20 fags
A lot of Gin
Half a pizza
Chips
And a large doner.!

I am going to Hell. 😥

You know what? It doesn't matter AT ALL 🙂 The occassional blowout is fine, even required sometimes. All you need to do is remember that you have the same choices about eating, drinking and smoking as before the blowout, mostly you'll make the right ones.

Think of it this way…At least you weren't kicked awake at silly o clock to find the kitchen full of black smoke because you'd fallen asleep on the kitchen floor trying to cook cheese on toast. Worst bit is that there were two of us, we both passed out!

I'd managed to get down to two cans / bottles of beer a night until last night, when I scoffed down six pints in the pub, then came home and guzzled half a bottle of Cab Sauv. Dagnabbit.

But what about the fight?

Somebody nicked half your pizza! Definitely not cricket.
