IT Bods - help please.

Every time I try to do anything I get a screen titled "User Account Control" asking me if I want to continue with a programme that I've started!!! I had it disabled on my old machine, but on this new set up it's getting to be a pain, and I can't remember how to disable it.

Anyone out there know the secret?

If it's Vista (which it sounds like) open control panel, type UAC into the search field. It should come up with something that says "turn user account control off".
