    Mountain Cycles were fantastic bikes.
    They did size up big though.
    That’s a crazy price but the bike is ok.
    Offer him 300 quid.

    I reckon a giant glory would be much better option. But then I have got one for sale on pink bike!

    Shock waves were ok in the day, for a season 5 th element shocks were the ones to have .

    Not been riding all that long have you!

    That’s circa 2004/5 that MC Shockwave. All 9.5″ of travel of it!

    Step back another 10 years from that and the “DH” bikes were shocking… 80mm of elastomer sprung travel if you were one of the very luckiest sponsored riders! I remember Rob Warner being the first Brit to win a World Cup at iirc Kaprun in 1996, when they talked about his bike having a huge 100mm of travel (the original Marzocchi Z1’s)!!!
