Selling a set of wheels on eBay at the moment. Immaculate – look almost unridden. DT 440 rear hub on them retails at >£250 but with less than 24 hours to go they’ve not reached £2.50

Get back to us after the auction has ended – you do get how ebay works?

Oh I see, you get more attention for your wheels on ebay! 😛

The rim diameter is too small as well.

Never get over what sells and what doesn’t. Just got £60 for a battered old Inbred frame.

Well, personally speaking, nothing puts me off an auction quicker than an inflated postage price. £20 for a pair of wheels, when a whole bike can be sent for £12?

£12 for a bike? By whom? £35 is the cheapest I can find.

I paid £14 to ship a fork this week. £20 might be a little high but only by a £ or two. Free hub Body is fine – honestly don’t believe thee have been ridden more than a couple of times. I didn’t spec them so don’t really know where they came from.

Might be £12 + vat actually for a bike box sixed package, but still pretty cheap. They use City Link, and I’ve had nothing but good service very time I’ve used them. I sent some wheels a while back and it cost £8 +vat if I recall correctly.

I think thew package need to be 120 maximum for the cheaper price. Had no problems sending bikes and frames in a 120 x 80 x 30 box before.

Expensive mismatched hubs with cheap rims…? Not a good combo. They’ll sell, but you’d get more with matched DT hubs on 717s
