This morning the final part of my pee was a bright lemony yellow. Subsequent pees have been the usual clear or straw colour. I also feel a slight swelling and tenderness on my lower right abdomen, but no visible reddening. AFAIK I’ve not eaten too much in the way of colour changing vegetables or drunk anything that could cause that effect.

    Am I doomed?

Your bits will shrivel up and drop off.

    Sorry.

Why not visit your GP where they actually do physically tests.

Does it have a strong fishy smell? If so sounds like a uti. If not it could just be certain foods or medication if your on any. Ramipril which I used be on used to make my pee look snot green all the time. If it concerns you get to the gp and dipstick it.

Only things to worry about are offensive smells and haematuria ( blood )

    I’m a Dr

Just piss on your keyboard and I’ll rub a test strip against my screen and I’ll tell you exactly whats wrong.

Alternatively – you could take a sample along to a Dr and seek advice from someone who can actually examine you… 🙄

This. No-one is going to give you a proper medical opinion on the strength of an internet forum posting, and if they did I suspect the GMC would take an interest.
