    I would say not yet…

Went for our weekly ride round Thetford last Thursday – it had dried out so much it was almost sandy.
It rained a bit over the weekend and on Monday, so when I went back yesterday I was expecting some wet ground, but nothing more. Got bloody soaked and it was all from the ground up. The normal mudguards would have sorted me out completely, but I didn’t bother with them and as such was the wettest/coldest I have been for ages. Still a good ride though, but I’ll be putting them on for the next ride, I think!!

Mudguards the whole year for me. I rarely find a day out without some mud and its still axle deep in places

Mud guards look crap. I would rather it splattered all over my lycra.
