The one sponsored by inov8. I was sorely tempted to do it cos I like a bit of off road running and biking. Since it was the first time it was run, I’m interested to know how it went as I might get a few people up for it next year.

excellent organisation cannot fault that in the slightest

MTb course had some propper tech downhill stuff to make up for the road slog up.

The run killed me but im lead to believe it was good from people that can run,

Good mix of people from have a go heroes(me) to your cream of the cream talent wise (morgan donelly)

orienteering was a bit pish imho …. i do mtb trailquests and expected it to be like that but i didnt even have to use a compass for iroc …

Think i finished about 80th outa 200 ….given i havnt run more than 3k in the last 6 months (as been away cycle touring) i thought that was oke …you run about 30k on the saturday then cycle double that near enough !
