Looks pretty useful. Just wondered if anyone had used one and how suitable it is for off road use.

offroad use! i certainly wouldn’t be strapping an expensive phone to my bars for that- you are just asking for it to get smashed in a fall.

My mate has one made by Dahon for his road bike and it works a treat though!

do you need a mount? – I’m using cylemeter to track my rides and find updates over headphones to be all I need.

I suppose if you want to use the phone for navigation thats a different story

Got one on a road bike. It doesn’t let the rain in and it’s pretty solid but I wouldn’t use it off road in case I crashed. It doesn’t work with long fingered gloves either. It’s exactly the same as the Dahon mount.

Mr H is that with an iPhone 3 or 4!
