Constantly pages reloading with the message that there is a problem with the page so it has been reloaded

    Any ideas?

I’m going to assume ‘can it and install Chrome – you’ll be most thankful in the long run’ isn’t the reply you’re hoping for here…

Happens to me occasionally, and it does it in DuckDuckGo as well. A minor annoyance, TBH.

    What iPad is it?
Mine in an iPad 2 … and does the above constantly. It is no better with Chrome.
It has been completely re-installed a few times … by me and the Apple store
They tell me it is just that web pages are now data heavy and the iPad2 can’t cope – and I need to upgrade.
I am not convinced, so if you find a solution, I am very interested

    iPad mini
Switched it off there for 20 minutes, behaving a bit better now

    Same here, iPad2

Really struggles with anything with videos embedded/linked or any gifs. Just can’t cope with it, however this site is the worst

I turned off Javascript on my iPad 3. That made page loads a lot more bearable, but you miss out on Maserati ads. Swings and Roundabouts.

How do you turn off JavaScript?

IME most issues are caused by the ads. FWIW although I use Safari 99% of the time I have Chrome too.
