I wish you hadn’t mentioned this – I’m going over on Friday for a week. I’ve been trying not to get excited! Now I’ve just done a little excited wee in my pants 😳

It’s really busy already.

There are definately more people over than last year.

I was doing a few laps of the course today and there were loads of bikes out.

Guy Martin was going well, but ended up pushing his bike back to the pits with what seemed to be a mechanical.

Fingers crossed for Guy. I hope he get something.

I’m pleased it’s busier this year; we’ve been over for the last few years – last year was definitely the quietest.

Forgotten this was starting till we noticed that the guy across the road who runs a race team was still away.

(That’s “guy” with a small “g”, not Guy, obviously)

I think that everything is in place for Guy, he’s with a fantastic team and the bikes are tried and tested over here.

The only issue might be that the competiton is now so fierce with Anstey, Johnson, Amor, both Dunlops and McGuinness all looking like winners.

There is also the belief that you need a fireblade under you to win.
