Broke my collar bone a week ago, and boy is life dull now! Only this website and the TdF to satiate my thirst for cyclingness.

Any suggestions for bike related stuff I can do one handed, without bending over cos that hurts too? Even cleanimng bikes is out of the question at the mo. 🙁

DARTS, ~~javelin, one -handed press-ups~~, yo-yo, ~~you can ride a uni-cycle as well i.e. no hands needed – well not to get on it~~!

Oops they all involve bending over – perhaps a Wii – baseball with one hand!

I'm in the same boat after breaking my elbow last week and having surgery on it.

TDF rest days are the hardest.
