I’ve got a Garmin vivoactive watch and a Garmin ant heart rate monitor. Just wondering if anyone has any idea of an app I can use in my android phone to get some training data.
Ideally one that can tell me a heart rate to be in and for how long etc for intervals and all that jazz.
