Some advice for a Mechanical Mong Please:
1. On an Inbred with a HT2 Bottom Bracket. How many spcers either side?
2. How do you move the position of the cable on an Alfine Hub. Ie when I place the hub into the horizontal sliding drop-outs the cable exits at 6 O'clock as opposed to 3 O'clock (and hence running along the chainstay)?
Finally, I also got some weird looking washers with the Inbred... Do I need to use these ones specifically as the Shimano Alfine ones look identical?
