    I don't run/jog etc. Never really enjoyed it. Regardless, we've just been out to do a sport relief mile.
    Now my ankles are sore, and my neck. From 1 poxy mile! Made a little bit of money from the guys around the office when they came back from the pub though.

    Try landing on your toes instead of heels – worked wonders for me transforming running from a hateful activity to something quite fun.

    right – will do. I'm amazed how sore it was to be honest.
