Spent the morning on a river rowing in a quad – bloody freezing – think it was five layers on upper body, 3 and a half on lower. Beautiful day though – warms you up quite quickly though.

I don't know where you are mate but we've been having some snow and hail blizzards. Still good fun to ride in though.

Sunny here. I have washed the bike so far today as it's been really messy for a few weeks.

Rear tyre flat….!? Couldn't be bothered to change the tube at the same time as my fingers were freezing by that point!
Still sunny outside. Might take the camera out later if it looks like we're gonna get a decent sunset.
