  • I know it's been done before but – what forks?

    I’ve searched the forum a fair bit but I can’t seem to find any threads about it..

    I’m after some new forks and Pikes seem to be the most obvious – but they lack high speed compression adjustment so I believe? Fox 36 are a fortune, and I’m not sure about Marzocchi, Magura, BOS etc so any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated (650b size).

    I just got some on my Bird Aeris after the guys there suggested that it would be their choice over the Yari or Pike.

    Not ridden a lot but seems to be spot on for me.

    MRP stage are definitely worth a look. I don’t think any forks in the Pike price range have HSC though.

    Xfusion with the roughcut damper are meant to be good. Not tried them personally though.

    Fox 34s at Planet X at a good price if you can put up with the colour
