    Just looking on the Garmin Connect website at some of the rides done by the Team Garmin riders.

    Some of them have also uploaded Heart Rate and Power data.

    122 mile ride in 24.5mph average

    Another one had an average power of 320w with a max power of 1150w!

    These guys have more power in one leg than I have in two 🙁
