suffered a moment of weakness earlier, and instead of heading out to the garage to grab a bike and go play on dusty trails, i headed to the kitchen and stuffed my face ate a balanced meal.
about half an hour later i felt so bad about missing dry ground and sunny weather that i went out to the garage and headed out anyway.
granted in wasn't *quite* so sunny when i got home (emergency lights saved the day)
*so* glad i went, fantastic blat round, although the face stuffing food before riding has lead to a less than ideal level of nausea. that'll teach me.
