What you need to ask, is how he knew you were home at 9pm.

I would ask why you questioned via FB, surely the intention was to prompt the reaction rather than giving them an opportunity via email?

Because it was an online issue with the web shop
And the FB post was about the article being in limited quantities and buy able now

And Yes , I did send an e mail too
