Turbo, road bike, maybe a mountain bike ride lots of walking the dog and I might even break into a jog.

I might go for a swim too.

Also, I’ll try to not over do the food thing, but beer, that’s another matter!

I’ve eaten 46 mince pies so far this December, which is about 10000 extra calories. I’m still 69kg, just like I was 17 days ago.

The usual: not overeating in the first place and doing lots of riding. Plus a few days out on Lakeland fells in the bit between Xmas and New Year. Very much looking forward to it 🙂

I spend the rest of the year watching what I eat so I plan to go nuts at Christmas (pun intended). Hopefully some running and riding will help stop me expanding from 70.5kg to 71kg 😯

Trying not to go batpoop crazy on the shopping or the cooking, although i have a feeling I will be eating left over gammon until February based on the joint I think we’ve ordered.

I will probably be drinking twice as much as usual (so that’ll be maybe as much as 10 pints of beer/cider in the month of December).

Mostly though we’ll be staying as active as we can over Christmas, lots of family walks, chasing my two under 4’s on their scooters and hopefully some cycling too.

Kayaking in Scotland for a week over new year. I burn so many calories just trying to stay warm I’ve always lost a bit of weight doing it.

A daily dose of amphetamine sulphate should help to keep the weight off, and add a bit of poke if I get chance to head out on the bike. It may also help if I have to do any rocking around the Christmas tree.

I’d recommend the manflu diet. It has a lot of toast and water in it. It doesn’t have a lot of anything very nice or indulgent in it tho.

by working 15 out of the next 16 days, including Xmas day, boxing day and new years eve 🙄 and as samuri, pedalling to work as per normal. Thursday sounds interesting (storm force southerly winds), might be gruelling going to work but setting a PB home 🙂

Lots & lots of riding. Heading over to Cannock at least thrice! My riding friend and I have a tradition where we go out for a BIG ride early on, then his wife n kids come over to ours for Christmas cheer, food n drink.
