Probably the driest its been for ages in’t north west. This is because I’m riding in the Cotswolds at the weekend. If I was staying here it’d be biblical rain, guaranteed. Obviously it’s heaving down, down there 🙄

    The Minnoch (Dumfries and Galloway)

Yet the Cree is below what it was earlier this week as yet – and our chaps ‘on the ground’ at Loch Ken today are suggesting it is not as wet as Monday…

I’m in my focus sitting in a car park. There’s a bottle of water that’s leaking a bit but it’s quite dry really.

South Gloucestershire only slightly damp today, the epic rain forecast didn’t happen (or has not got here yet).

Ground is totally saturated, rivers very high.

So today’s summary moist above the ground, seriously wet on the ground.

Just a bit of heavy rain and wind in Northumberland. Not a pleasant night but it’s winter so you expect it to be wet.

I live on top of a hill in Fife and there is a constant stream of water running down the drive and the fields are flooded.

go away binners, its bloody sodden down here already. We dont need your mojo.

Some roads flooded but receded a bit yesterday evening/today, but it’s lashing it down again. I might head over to the coppice tomorrow to see how flooded it is and whether my wood has floated away…

btw as at 17:29 that streak of blue denoting biblical rain is bang on top

    OK revision for South Gloucestershire.

The rain forecasted has just hit, it’s like someone drumming on the windows and the trees appear to be going sideways !

East Devon here. Several local villages flooded and roads closed yesterday. Yesterday morning was the closest the water flowing down our road has come to flooding the garden I have seen since we moved here seven years ago. Been dryish today so waters have receded but it is now proper lashing down. Not sure about tomorrows ride now!

Britain goes into panic mode when anything marginally unusual/exciting happens lol. It’s kind of tragic really. The czechs polish and russians must think it’s hilarious. We’ll probably have a water shortage tomorrow too.
