Buy some bread, ham, salad, cucumber, small tomatoes, cheese, balsamic dressing, mix and match throughout the week. Much better than any of the prepackaged nonsense! Well that’s what i’ve started buying on a monday!

worcester sauce – peps up anything (except lady front bottom)

Open sandwich, open bag of crisps, take top layer of bread off sandwich, insert double layer of crisps, replace top layer of bread, eat.

how to make a supermarket sandwich taste better? from my experience, open packet, throw away sandwich and eat packet.
